Terms and Conditions
General
The C Hotels site is the official website offering information for the C Hotels chain (Hereinafter: the “Company” or “Shalom Hotels Eilat Ltd.” p.c. 511218661) and enabling the purchase of various vacation packages at C Hotels hotels (Hereinafter: the “site”).  Reserving the aforementioned vacation packages (hereinafter: “the Services”) is a binding procedure for all intents and purposes, and is equivalent to reserving rooms via any other means, with the Company’s Internet/Reservations Department.  Anyone who purchases and/or is interested in purchasing services by means of the Site and/or anyone who enters the Site (hereinafter: “the User”) declares and undertakes that he is aware of these Terms of Use and agrees to the provisions of same, and that neither he and/or anyone on his behalf, will have any contention and/or claim, directly and/or indirectly, against the site and/or any of those operating the site and/or its owners and/or any of its directors and/or anyone on its behalf.  Some of the contents of this site are phrased in male form for comfort purposes, yet it is intended for men and women alike
 
Proprietary Information and Copyright Protection
   C Hotels (Shalom Hotels Eilat Ltd.) p.c. 511218661, 7 Hasivim St., Petach Tikva, has copyrighted the site and all modules linked to the site.  The user may not copy, duplicate, promote, publish, sell or change the Site information, without written consent from the Company, other than for personal and non-commercial use of the information.
The logo and trademarks posted on the Site (hereinafter: “Trademarks”) are registered as the Company’s copyright.  No aspect of the Site implies approval or entitlement to use the Trademarks without the Company’s written approval.  All rights in the Site without an exception are exclusively reserved to the Company.  The Company has reserved the right to shut down or change the Site at any given time.
 
Site Usage Terms
Any person in possession of one of the following credit card companies is entitled to purchase services by means of the Site.  The valid credit card companies are: Visa CAL, Visa Leumi Card, Diners Club, American Express, Isracard and Mastercard.  The User may use the site solely in order to order and purchase services and/or to receive information.  It is prohibited to use the Site for any other purpose.  Ordering and purchasing services through the Site will be done with a credit card only. No purchase will be completed without a credit cards information.  The credit card information is for secure booking only.  Charges will made at the hotel.  Illegal usage of the Site or the information on the Site violates the Company’s copyrights and any law in respect thereof.
C Hotels reserves the rights to change the Terms and Conditions of the Site from time to time.  Any dispute, if and when it should occur, will be clarified in Israel, in authorized courts of law in Tel-Aviv only.
 
Details of Service Purchaser
Any User who is interested in purchasing services via the site, are required to provide personal details as requested (hereinafter: “Purchase Details”).   Site owners and/or any of those operating the site and/or any of the site directors and/or anyone on its behalf, is not responsible for any Purchase Details that are entered incorrectly, including, but not limited to, vacation packages, dates, number of beds and any other service purchased by the User via the Site.  C Hotels is not responsible, whether directly or indirectly, for any case in which Purchase Details are not accepted by the system and/or any technical difficulty and/or any other faults that prevents the User from purchasing the Services via the Site.  Entering false Purchase Details is a criminal offense and legal action will be taken against anyone entering false details including claims for compensatory damages for damages that might be caused to the Company and/or to the site and/or to its operators and/or any of its owners and/or ant of its managers and/or anyone on its behalf.
 
Reservation Procedure
The reservation procedure will be done by entering the Purchase Details in the system.
  1. The user will make reservations through the site using a credit card.
  2. The entered credit card details are for secure booking only.   after submitting the credit card details, the user will be sent an email confirming his reservation.  The message should be printed and presented at the hotel’s reception.  This is an automatic message, and the credit card will only be charged at the hotel upon arrival.
 
 
Customers Club Members
Any user who declares membership to C Hotels customers club “Club C4U” is entitled to a discount, given to club members only, when entering Purchase Details.  The discount will be given at the time the reservation is made.  There will be no discounts given upon arriving at the hotel.  The customer must be able to identify himself as a club member in order to enjoy the membership discount.
 
Cancellation Policy
Canceling orders must be done in line with the Consumer Protection Law of 5741 -1981 (Hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law") and the regulations that are related to it. After a customer ordered a service through the Site's reservations system, and after the customer received confirmation from C Hotels, the customer may cancel the purchase.
A cancellation refund will be given subject to the “Consumer Protection Law”, 2017.
Regular Season
  • In the case of cancellation of a reservation from 7 days prior to arrival, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 150 Nis per room.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours to 24 hours prior to arrival, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total deal value.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, the customer will be charged the total deal value.
Peak Season- July, August and Holidays
  • In the case of cancellation of a reservation from 14-7 days prior to arrival, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 300 Nis per room.
  •   In the case of cancellation of a reservation 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total deal value.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival, the customer will be charged the total deal value.
  • The Company (or anyone on its behalf) will charge the credit card given by the customer at the initial order.
 
Changes in the Reservation by the Customer
Any change in the reservation must be done through e-mail and/or by contacting the Reservations Center in line with the Consumer Protection Law and related regulations.  The customer is responsible to ensure that the cancellation message was received. 
Requests for changes in orders made through The Site should be done through e-mail and sent to the following e-mail address marketing2@c-hotels.co.ilor by telephone 03-9190669.
If the customer changed the order, as stated before, the new date of placing the order will be the day that the C Hotels Reservations Center received the message via mail and/or e-mail.
In the event that the message was received on a sabbatical in Israel, that date of changes will be the following business day.
We will not accept any claims for changes unless they include written documents, signed and confirmed by C Hotels Reservations Center.
The customer will pay for any additional costs due to changes in the reservation as informed by the C Hotels Reservation Center before making any changes.
Prices of services shown on the Site are due to updates and changes from time to time.
In the event of inconsistency between the price offered on the Site and the prices of C Hotels Reservations Center, the price of C Hotels Reservations Center is the correct price.
In the event that prices are changed due to a rise in prices, the rise in prices will include reservations which were already placed, excluding reservations which were already finalized and costumers received a final confirmation in writing from C Hotels Reservations Center.
 
Terms and Limitations
  1. C Hotels is entitled to cancel or change the terms of receiving reservations as well as all prices published at the Site at all times.
  2. In addition to the above limitation, the Company is entitled to disapprove and/or a one-sided cancellation for any reservation or deal entered into the system even if the costumer has received an automatic confirmation if one of the following occurred:
      1. There is an error in the price of the deal, the Company is not obliged to this deal. It may fully refund the costumer and/or contact him in order to complete the order.
     2. In the event that there was a mistake in any detail in the published deal, in its definition or due to a human mistake.
      3. In the event that there was mistake in the reservation depending solely on the Company’s decision.
  1. For all cancellations under this small section, there will not be any cancellation fees.
  2. The prices appearing on the Site (the hebrew Site) are in NIS and include VAT.  In Eilat, the prices do not include VAT.
  3. The prices appearing on the English site are in Dollars and do not include VAT.
  4. Tourists- Must present a foreign form of ID with an updated address in order to have the VAT deducted (from the price in NIS shown on the Site).  Israeli guests are obligated to pay VAT according to the law.
  5. If prices are shown in Dollars, the payment will be calculated by the exchange rate published by the Bank of Israel for that day.
  6. The credit card company may charge a conversion fee if using foreign currency, therefore the shown total is not final and may change in accordance.
  7. Guests may stay in the hotel starting the day of the reservation from 3:00 pm until 11:00 am the day of leaving.
  8. On Saturdays and Holidays, room Checkout is at 2:00 pm.
  9. Check-In on Saturday is from the end of Shabbat.
  10. Checkout later than the above times must be confirmed by the Hotel’s Management and is subjected to an additional cost.
  11. Babies are infants up to 2 years old and children are between ages 2 and 12, when it comes to staying at the hotel.
  12. Club discounts are given in accordance to the Club’s Terms and Conditions.
  13. Promotions are not valid in conjunction with other discounts.
  14. Hosting children and teenagers under the age of 18 is possible only if they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.  Ordering and staying in rooms at C Hotels is only allowed for adults over the age of 21.
  15. The number of rooms is limited and reservations are subject to availability.
  16. All orders require filling out personal information. When filling out an order all data provided by costumers must be correct. C Hotels Management is not responsible for any mistakes or typing errors made at the time of a reservation, including choosing the wrong hotel, dates, number of beds as well as any other services ordered by the clients.
  17. Reservations through the Site are personal and therefore one cannot make more than two reservations under the same name.
  18. The prices on the Site are in Israeli Shekel (NIS) and are offered to Israelis only.  Reservations for foreign guests, with a foreign nationality and present a foreign ID with an up to date address, are priced in Euro/USD based on the price listed at the time of the order.
 
Photos and Information on the Site
The Site includes information published by C Hotels Management and information of third parties. C Hotels Management is not responsible for any content and information including advertisements appearing on the Site. All photos are for illustrative purposes only. Since the photos appear on a computer screen and/or printed by the buyer, there might be differences and variation between the way the products look at the photos and the way they actually look.
 
Links
      The Site includes links to other websites (Hereinafter: "linked sites").  C Hotels Management provides these links for the users' convenience and it does not hold any responsibility for the information on the linked sites or other websites linked to them, for their validity or any legal aspect regarding these websites. If users choose to visit the websites, they are responsible for doing so. In order to link or present C Hotels through other websites, you must contact C Hotels Management for permission.
 
Limitation of Liability
  1. C Hotels Management and/or any of the Site operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its administrators and/or anyone on its behalf are not responsible for the server, through which the Site works being free from viruses from other components that may damage the user’s personal computer as it enters the Site and/or purchases services through the Site and/or uses the site in any other way.
  2. C Hotels is not responsible for any damage caused by failure or delay in attempting to use the Site, including use for booking purposes.
  3. C Hotels will not be liable for any illegal activity by the purchaser on the Site or any other entity beyond its control.
  4. At any point, C Hotels may deny users access to any part of the Site.
 
Changes to the Site
C Hotels may change from time to time the site’s structure, its content, appearance, terms of use, the extent and availability of offered services and any other aspect of the Site and its operation without any prior notice to the purchaser.
